Based on yoga instructor Leanne Gotvald's popular family yoga class, this DVD came together after a couple of years planning. Leanne and songwriter Carl Tiegreen collaborated on eight original songs based on her yoga poses and moves, which she immediately began using in class. After seeing how much the kids and adults enjoyed the routines set to music, a DVD was the next logical step and they began looking for a good videographer. After seeing John Thomas' work, Leanne and Carl eagerly partnered with him and formed the A Way To Yoga corporation.

The A Child's Way To Yoga DVD features eight routines, with instructions, set to music plus other special features. Hosted by the pleasant and energizing yoga instructor Leanne Gotvald, the DVD introduces youngsters to the principles of yoga and exercise in a contemporary natural setting.
